Stage 2: Veggies

When you have completed Stage 1 of the 20/20 LifeStyles program, progress to Stage 2. In this stage, you will continue the same meal plan as Stage 1 with the addition of non-starchy vegetables at lunch and dinner. 

Non-starchy vegetables include leafy greens, broccoli, peppers, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots. Vegetables will provide you with added natural fiber and assist with satiety.
