Stage 3: Cheese
Many people look forward to this stage, but should stay mindful of appropriate serving sizes. But, be sure you have completed Stage 2 before proceeding.
In this stage, you will add low fat cheese including light string cheese, non-fat plain Greek yogurt, low fat cottage cheese, Parmesan, and low fat ricotta cheese. The cheese may be added into your meal, or can replace protein at snacks when eaten with berries.
