Returns 

You may return any unopened and unused items sold and fulfilled by the 20/20 Liefstyles and PRO Sports Club Web Stores within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping and handling fees are complimentary when you use the "UPS Merchandise Return Label" included in you order. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fees unless the return was the result of our error. We do not accept returns after 30 days.


To Return your items via UPS:

• Complete the Return Form(enclosed in your package) and include it with the items you are returning. Please include your order number, your name and your phone number.

• Return your item(s) in the original packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack you return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.

• Place the enclosed "UPS Merchandise Return Label" on the outside of the package and take it to our nearest UPS store. Visit www.theupsstore.com and enter your zip code for your nearest UPS store location.


Returns via U.S. Mail

At this time, return shipping and handling fees are not covered by the 20/20 Lifestyles or PRO Sports Club Web Stores when sent by U.S. Mail.


Refunds

If you return your purchase to the 20/20 Lifestyles or PRO Sports Club Web Stores within 30 days of delivery, you will receive a full product refund, less the original shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. After receipt, the items returned may take up to 30 days to process. If you are a registered customer, you will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.


In-store purchases must be returned to the original PRO Sports Club retail location. We regret that we do not accept mail returns for store merchandise.
